Rallybio is a privately held development-stage biotechnology company incorporated in January 2018. The Company has raised more than $180 million in financing with the ambition to transform the lives of patients with devastating diseases and has a pipeline of assets in development.

Rallybio is seeking an individual to take responsibility for a wide range of administrative functions, in particular those associated with external facing interactions, to include, but not limited to:

  • Business Development Diligence Projects
    • Financing Projects
    • Board Meetings and Interactions
    • Human Resources

Due to the external nature of these interactions, flawless execution will be paramount.


  • Setup multi-party meetings between large internal teams and individual or groups of external stakeholders. This could include, but is not limited to:
    • Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
    • Investors and shareholders
    • The Board of Directors and its Committees
  • Work with Head of Business Development and her team to establish plans to execute Due Diligence programs to include:
    • Diligence team meetings
    • Interactions with external parties such as KOLs
    • Establishing timelines to achieve goals
    • Manage documents involved in the Due Diligence process such as CDAs, statements of work and consultancy arrangements, term sheets, key references and other materials
    • Working with the Diligence leader to collect and collate diligence reports
  • Work with Head of Corporate Development to execute Financing projects, including:
    • Organizing meetings with investors, shareholders and Rallybio teams
    • Establishing project timelines
    • Managing project documents
    • Providing administrative support to manage data rooms
  • Work with the Corporate Secretary to support interactions with the Board and its Committees to include:
    • Scheduling Board and Committee meetings
    • Managing materials required for meetings in a timely manner
    • Ensuring technical support for Board and Committee meetings is established (e.g., Teams set up, meeting rooms booked and made ready for the meetings)
    • Providing logistic support, such as transportation, travel guidance, food and beverage
    • Availability during meetings to ensure flawless execution and manage unforeseen administrative issues
  • Support the Human Resources activities, including:
    • Coordination with recruiting candidates
    • Preparation of job offer letters
    • Coordination of candidate pre-employment and day 1 on-boarding activities
    • Coordination of candidate benefit paperwork and processing with external benefit providers
    • Processing employment benefit changes within the ADP RUN payroll processing tool
  • Support Informatics lead (TBD) to establish and manage a Rallybio document management and repository system
  • Work with Head of Project Management to provide project administrative support as needed


  • 7+ years of experience as an executive assistant or office manager
  • Highly proficient in planning and organization
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
  • Strong process management skills and the ability to work efficiently and effectively
  • Capability to work independently without oversight
  • Possess an attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with the business acumen to communicate with a highly technical employee base
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
